Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Slymbee website, newsletters and other content and services that link to these Terms (“Slymbee”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using Slymbee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or services.

1. About Slymbee
Slymbee Ltd is a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 16938556), with its registered office at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 6EB.
Slymbee is a digital media and publishing brand focused on weight management, GLP-1s, nutrition, movement, wellbeing and general health.
We publish editorial content including articles, newsletters, videos, meal and nutrition ideas, exercise and lifestyle content, product and service recommendations, offers, discounts and market updates.
Slymbee is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, medical practice, dietetic service or fitness provider. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medicines or provide personalised medical treatment.
2. Eligibility
Slymbee is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
By using Slymbee, subscribing to our newsletter or submitting information to us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. General information – not medical advice
Slymbee publishes information about health, weight management, nutrition, exercise, supplements, prescription treatments including GLP-1 medicines, and related topics.
Our content is provided for general informational and editorial purposes only. It is not personalised medical advice, diagnosis, clinical guidance, nutritional advice, treatment advice or a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Information that is suitable for one person may not be suitable for another. Health conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, age, physical ability and other individual circumstances can affect what is appropriate for you.
You should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping or changing prescription medication or treatment, and where appropriate before making significant changes to diet, supplementation or exercise.
If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency medical assistance rather than relying on Slymbee content.
4. GLP-1 and prescription medicine content
Slymbee may report on, explain or discuss GLP-1 medicines and other prescription treatments as part of our editorial coverage.
References to a medicine, treatment, study, manufacturer or healthcare service do not mean that the medicine or treatment is suitable for you.
Slymbee does not prescribe medication and does not determine individual eligibility, dosage, treatment plans or clinical suitability.
Information about medicines, approvals, indications, warnings, availability, pricing and clinical evidence can change. You should verify important treatment information with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional and, where relevant, official prescribing or regulatory information.
5. Nutrition, recipes, exercise and supplement content
Meal ideas, recipes, nutrition information, exercise suggestions, supplement coverage and lifestyle content are general information only.
We cannot know your individual dietary requirements, allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, medication interactions, nutritional needs, fitness level or physical limitations.
You are responsible for deciding whether particular food, exercise, supplement or lifestyle content is appropriate for you and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
Statements about supplements, foods or other products should not be understood as claims that they diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease unless expressly supported and lawfully stated.
6. Editorial content, accuracy and updates
We aim to publish useful, accurate and responsible content. However, health research, regulations, product information, prices, offers, availability and other information can change quickly.
We do not guarantee that every item of content is complete, error-free or current at all times.
Publication dates and update dates may be shown where appropriate. You should verify information that is important to a medical, financial or purchasing decision with the relevant primary source, professional, retailer or service provider.
Opinions, commentary and editorial judgements may change as new information becomes available.
7. Product and service recommendations
Slymbee may review, feature or recommend products and services that we believe may be relevant to our audience.
A Slymbee recommendation reflects our editorial view at the time it is published. It is not a guarantee that a product or service will be suitable for every person, perform in a particular way or remain available at a particular price.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products and services featured on Slymbee are supplied by independent third parties.
If you choose to buy or use a third-party product or service, your transaction and any resulting contract are with that third party. Their terms, pricing, delivery arrangements, returns policy, warranties, privacy practices and other conditions apply.
Slymbee is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent retailers, manufacturers or service providers, subject always to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Affiliate links, commissions and commercial relationships
Some links on Slymbee are affiliate or referral links. This means Slymbee may receive a commission or other benefit if you click a link and make a purchase, register for a service or complete another qualifying action.
We may also receive products, services, access or other benefits from brands or commercial partners.
Where a financial or other material relationship is relevant to a recommendation, endorsement or piece of content, we aim to disclose that relationship clearly and appropriately.
Affiliate relationships do not remove our responsibility to present our own editorial views honestly. However, you should take disclosed commercial relationships into account when considering a recommendation.
These Terms are not a substitute for disclosures placed with particular articles, recommendations, social posts, videos or affiliate links.
9. Third-party websites and services
Slymbee contains links to websites and services operated by third parties.
When you follow an external link, you leave Slymbee and the third party’s own terms, privacy policy, cookie practices and other conditions apply.
We do not control independent third-party websites and cannot guarantee their availability, security, accuracy, products, services or conduct.
A link does not necessarily mean that Slymbee endorses every statement, product or service available on the linked website.
12. Artificial intelligence and content production
Slymbee may use artificial intelligence and other technology to assist with research, drafting, editing, imagery, production, translation, personalisation or other aspects of content creation.
The use of such tools does not change the general informational nature of Slymbee content or make that content personalised professional advice.
Where medical or health-related content is subject to an internal professional review process, that review does not create a clinician-patient relationship with readers and does not make the content personalised medical advice.
14. Licence for material you submit
You retain ownership of original content you submit to Slymbee.
By submitting content for publication through a Slymbee feature, you give Slymbee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content for the purpose of operating, moderating, promoting and making the relevant Slymbee service or discussion available.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to Slymbee.
If we wish to use a reader’s photograph, personal story, testimonial, recipe or other submission materially outside the context in which it was submitted – for example, in a separate advertising campaign – we may seek additional permission where appropriate.
You must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit any material you provide to us.
15. Reviews, testimonials and reader experiences
If Slymbee publishes reader reviews, testimonials or personal experiences, those accounts reflect the experience of the person providing them and do not guarantee that another person will achieve the same result.
We may moderate reviews and submissions for compliance with our rules, but we will not knowingly create, purchase or manipulate reviews in a way intended to mislead readers about genuine consumer opinion.
Where a reviewer or endorser has a material relationship with Slymbee or a relevant brand, that relationship should be disclosed as required.
16. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Slymbee name, logo, branding, website design and original articles, newsletters, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, audio and other content are owned by or licensed to Slymbee and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use Slymbee content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may share links to publicly available Slymbee content and use ordinary sharing functions provided by us or the relevant social platform.
Unless permitted by law or authorised by us, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, scrape, systematically extract, create a competing content database from, or commercially exploit substantial parts of Slymbee content.
You may not use Slymbee branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.
17. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Slymbee for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data;
- introduce malware or other harmful code;
- deliberately interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- use automated means to access the service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden or circumvents reasonable technical restrictions;
- collect personal information about other users without appropriate authority; or
- use Slymbee in a way that infringes the rights of another person.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect Slymbee, our users or third parties.
18. Website availability and changes
We may change, update, suspend or discontinue any part of Slymbee, including particular features, sections, newsletters or community functions.
We do not guarantee that the website or any particular content will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors.
We may correct errors and update or remove content without prior notice.
20. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the above, Slymbee provides its website and free editorial content on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept responsibility for losses arising solely from reliance on general editorial content where the information should reasonably have been verified with an appropriate professional or third-party source before a material decision was made.
To the extent permitted by law, Slymbee will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you and which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
21. Indemnity for business or unlawful use
If you use Slymbee on behalf of a business, or use the service unlawfully, you are responsible to the extent permitted by law for losses, claims or reasonable costs caused by your breach of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not apply so as to remove or reduce mandatory rights available to consumers.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Slymbee, our business model, technology, legal requirements or other operational matters.
The latest version will be published on the website with an updated revision date.
Where a change materially affects an ongoing registered service or other relationship with you and additional notice is required by law, we will provide that notice.
Your continued use of Slymbee after updated Terms take effect means the updated Terms will apply to your subsequent use, subject to applicable law.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are acting as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the country or state in which you live where those protections cannot lawfully be waived.
If you are a consumer, disputes may be brought in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
If you are using Slymbee in the course of a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
24. Complaints and corrections
If you believe Slymbee has published an error, infringed your rights, or you wish to complain about our website, newsletter, moderation or other Slymbee activity, contact us at hello@slymbee.com.
Please provide enough information for us to identify and review the issue.
Complaints concerning a product, delivery, payment, refund, medical service or other service supplied by an independent third party should normally be directed to that third party in the first instance.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any legal rights available to you.
